1. Publisher
The Pangée application (the 'App') is published by Staivium (the 'Publisher'), a non-professional publisher within the meaning of Article 6-III-2 of French Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN). In accordance with that provision, the Publisher has provided its identifying details to its host and remains reachable at the contact address below. Contact: contact@staivium.com.
2. Publication director
The publication director is the representative of Staivium, reachable at the contact address set out in Article 1.
3. Distribution
The App is distributed through the Google Play Store, operated in the European Economic Area by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
4. Hosting
The App's server infrastructure (map-tile service, contact-form processing and online legal pages) is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Contact-form attachments are stored on Cloudflare R2. Contact emails are delivered via Resend, Inc. (USA).
5. Intellectual property of the App
The App, its interface, source code and visual identity are protected by copyright and remain the property of the Publisher, without any registration formality. The name 'Pangée' is used by the Publisher to identify the App. Any reproduction, representation or reuse of the App, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation is prohibited.
6. Map data
The geographic, geological and hydrogeological data displayed in the App comes from third-party public producers, remains their property and is reused under their respective licences (in particular the French Open Licence). The full list of sources and licences appears in the 'Credits & sources' screen of the App.
7. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in detail in the Privacy Policy, accessible from the App and online.
8. Contact and reporting
For any question, request or report of content or a malfunction, use the 'Help & contact' screen in the App or write to contact@staivium.com.
